#Hellurr Guys
I have been wanting to try Ofada Rice at Ofada Boy for the longest time, but I simply did not have the opportunity to do so. But guess what guys? I had the opportunity to go there twice!
DECOR
First of all, Surulere is such an amazing location for eating Ofada Rice in a fancy way. The decor was cool, bamboo themed and the arm chairs were very comfortable. There was also an inner lounge with flat screen tvs, more bamboo decor as well as other wooden pieces, as well as an outer dining area that had a bar. There was also a first aid box in the kitchen, as well as covid compliant sinks.

FOOD
The first time I had lunch at Ofada Boy, I had the utterly yummy kuli kuli shake to go with my ofada rice. The second time around, they didn’t have it, so I had ‘Something Berry’, which tasted a bit like Chapman, which was cool.
What I like about Ofada Boy is the effort they put into presentation. You have your food delivered to you on traditional saucers. The rice and plantain in one saucer, moin moin in another, dished separately from the proteins. There are about 3 different Ofada packages, varied in their measure of protein additions. The cutlery is wrapped in banana leaves. Even your receipt is given in a fancy wooden jar. It was a nice touch. The Ofada Rice tasted nice, the way Ofada Rice tastes, I guess. But it was a fancy experience. Made me feel like there should be an Ofada Boy in London town.

SERVICE
I thought the waiters in their varied uniforms, were really nice and polite, making the effort to go over and beyond the service. The only issue I think I had was that I couldn’t pay with POS and had to do a transfer.
My favourite thing about Ofada Boy was definitely the Kuli Kuli Shake.
